HERE'S THE SCOOP:

After offering 6, 8 and 10 week weight management classes for years, I discovered that I could provide my clients with the strategies they needed to assure success within the first four meetings. I also learned there were many people eager to lose weight who didn't like the class environment or a class that met the same time each week. These people were self starters who, most often, were already "doing some exercise" but were still up to 25 pounds over their weight goal. They were willing to exercise every day, make some dietary changes and commit ten minutes daily to filing a report with me along with one hour a week of homework assignments. I designed a Smart Coaching® One to One program called JUMP START® that has been so popular in Portland I now have a weighting (oops! waiting) list.

Meantime, as I lectured nationwide, people asked me what I could do to help them. As an internet junkie my web site seemed a natural place to begin. I've discovered I can deliver, via the internet, the exact same program I deliver in person to my clients in the Portland, OR area!! The only difference is that instead of meeting face-to-face on a weekly basis, we'll meet as often as you like via Email. You'll have the same notebook, the same products and the same weekly guidelines my in-person clients receive. If you are like them, you'll see results.
