After more than thirty years in the health edu-tainment business Covert has retired. Happily, Covert's former associate and co-author, Ronda Gates, has agreed to inventory and further develop the products associated with the Fit or Fat and SMART educational series. You'll also find articles from our former website archived here.

For those of you who want a speaker at your events, we encourage you to call Ronda. She is the only person I have found who can deliver the Fit or Fat message, especially the practical applications, as well as, or better than, I can myself. You will not be disappointed.

We thank you, our long time fans, for all of your support and dedication over the years. We trust that you will continue with the fitness & nutrition ideals and principles of Covert Bailey!
